Yes, our showroom is in Bahadurabad, Karachi. You are welcome to walk in, inspect product quality and finishes in person, and get one-on-one guidance from our team. Walk-in customers may also receive exclusive in-store discounts not available online.

Yes. We import from both China and Italy. Our Italian range includes trusted names like Flexi Nort, bringing European-quality bathroom fittings to Pakistani homes at competitive prices. All products, regardless of origin, are carefully selected to meet our quality standards before they reach our shelves.

    ORDERING & DELIVERY

    Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, or Peshawar, we deliver to your door with secure packaging on every order.

    Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city and location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

    We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), available across Pakistan
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit and Credit Cards, processed through a secure payment gateway

    • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.

    Yes. Customers who visit our Bahadurabad showroom and purchase in-store may receive exclusive discounts and special offers. We recommend calling ahead to check current promotions before you visit.

    AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not install or use the item before reaching out. Send us your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging via phone or WhatsApp, and our team will prioritise getting it sorted.

    • Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or a suitable resolution in line with the applicable warranty terms.
