RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

When Are You Eligible for a Return?

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product has a manufacturing fault

Return Conditions

  1. Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  2. Product must be unused and in its original condition
  3. Must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, FL Bath Plus will arrange and cover the return collection.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
  • Items on clearance or final sale
  • Products returned without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via phone or WhatsApp within the eligible period. Please have the following ready:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the defect or damage

Our team will review your request and advise on next steps, including collection arrangements where needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, bank transfer for COD orders or card reversal for card payments.

Please note that original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
