ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

An order may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• The ordered product is out of stock
• No contact is established with the customer within 7 days of placing the order
• Any other unforeseen circumstance that prevents fulfilment of the order

 

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days of the cancellation.

Notification

Customers will be notified via phone or WhatsApp about the cancellation and refund status where applicable.
